Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?I want to help further the reputation of the research team and I enjoy the role play that is involved from being a part of the RSD. The RSD has plenty of individuals who run tests and keep the foundation running but having more executives is needed to make the department grow. Executive researchers are needed to make our Researcher better writers and provide a important key piece in making sure everyone enjoys the roleplay. I have improved greatly on my ability to write my documents and provide cohesive and well thought out tests. I want to provide the same to those who need it.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I have made Documents that required approval from executives to run the tests so I know what is needed to make a good paper. I can train people to be better for RSD since I have trained at least 15 people and gave a onboarding session of being a great researcher that is within the standards of the foundation. I am able to write out tests that are both creative but within the bound of what is possible for the Foundation to run. I give constructive feed back to those who come to me on how they should conduct their tests or run samplings.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? I have had 2 excellent-graded documents.
Operation: Cure involving a cross test of SCP-008 and SCP-049.
Operation: Pacify involving a cross test of SCP-682 and SCP-999
What makes a document excellent?Well placed intent for the study, along with a coherent reasoning.They explain why they are doing the test with a thought out plan and how it will help the foundation or to provide support in containing SCPs. The test needs to be reasonable and within the standards of both ethics and our code of conduct.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-They look over the other researchers to make sure they are filling their roles and responsibilities. Tests should be within the code of conduct but creative enough to change things up from the day to day.
=They oversee tests that involve high-clearance SCPs. These tests usually involve making sure the researcher in question has everything they need and arent putting the Foundation at risk by using the SCP.
-They approve or disapprove of papers that need authorization for conducting a test. The papers are needed to make sure the test has a line to line plan and is thought out well enough that it can be executed without compromising others.
-They help other researchers perform their duties of running tests and writing documents by giving feedback and making them a better writer to aid in their testing documents. The feedback has to be constructive and describe what they did right but how they can improve it and expand the test better.
