Why are you applying for Security Captain?
Many GSD Captains and Chief Jaffar told me to apply for GSD Captain. I've thought about it and thought it was good idea.
Being GSD Captain will finally allow me to host trainings and license tryouts alone. I was already hosting these with CPT present, but this allows GSD to be more efficient and finally someone who will host these tryouts as Management Rooster shows very huge inactivity.
Alongside this I've had a lot of fun in GSD helping Researchers and dblock health. It's really fun to interact with all of the site staff and other GSD. Mainly I've interacted with Sergeants such as 'Irishpotato' and others, that made my whole experience great.
So I want to return something to them and whole department + future GSD personnel (mainly help the cadets, guards and response units)
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I believe that I'm suitable for CL4 GSD position by the amount of time that I spent in position of Senior CL3 GSD Sergeant. I have been accepted into the position of GSD Sergeant on the date of 16th April 2025, which this time uploading the application is eight (8) solid months.
In these eight (8) months I've also didn't hesitate to host tryouts with Captains overseering. Many Seargeants before me mentioned they can't help with trainings, but didn't speak to anyone. I spoke with Chief many times, giving him ideas about trainings being reduced from CPT+ to SGT+ and reporting outdated GSD Information on discord.
When being on site I've made time to check documentation and reported documents being out of date to Chiefs. Which is another point why I think that GSD CPT is position I'm suitable for, because I actually out of all GSD read the documentation on corkboards for any infoleaks or outdated information.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Captains get additional responsibility as every other CL4 to operate electrical center that includes teslas, lights and much more. Another duty of CL4 is to operate CL4 bulkheads such as Entrance and PW one being opened or closed appropirately relating to the current situation.
Captains have the responsibility to host license tryouts. These tryouts require Captain to present information in a way that makes it understandable and sure Cadets pass the tryout, giving them tips such as take notes, screenshots etc. Additionally Captains should aim at giving GSD Sergeants ways of hosting tryouts themselves and preparing them to host tryouts alone, one day ranking to GSD CPT.
Duties require captains to keep in time with changes to Site policies and departmental handbooks such as research, ISD etc. and making sure that General Security Department documents stay up to date with those policies and terms used around the site. Additionally captains should re-read the handbooks ever so often to updated contents in documents and if information require rewrite/replacing terms such as Internal Affairs to Internal Security Department and removing old terms such as B-1 units. Additionally catching any glances of info leaks such as A-1/O-1 and removing them or contacting someone who has the power to rewrite with terms to appropirate Clearence to Site staff, in this case IPD/I.E and watching these 2 terms for any changes.
The required duties of captain is to find (scout) new Sergeants that would be able in leading personnel. Then after scouting those, discuss them in meetings with clips that prove the claim.
Managing dblock as whole, making sure all of POIs are manned flawlessly by GSD personnel and testing may continue. Making sure that all GSD personnel are participating in their duties such as Response units using right kits, few people patrolling LLCZ when enogh security is on-site.
And many others I did not mention, relating with escorting, patrolling etc.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Lore:
Robert was transfered onto Site-65 at unknown date officially deleted by administrative mistake, unknown if it was purposfully done by higher up personnel with their own interests or a simple mistake.
Robert started working alongside his another Czech colleague, adjusting to all Site rules, policies and at that time Ethics Codex.
He escorted tests, secured dblock, patrolled around site, which got him into position of General Security Department Officer.
Robert stayed Officer for five (5) months until Chief Vetkoek acknowledged him and scouted to GSD Sergeant. In his interview four (4) GSD Captains, two (2) chiefs and one (1) Sergeant was present listening to the interview. Robert was trying to stay calm, but was still stressed. Robert got declined, that was said to him as a joke by Captains, that then accepted him (pretty bad joke). So the day 16th April Robert became General Security Department Sergeant.
Robert was working as GSD Sergeant for another 7 months until November came. [Storyline against ISD], [Storyline including Site Command]
Storylines:
Storyline against ISD. The Internal Security Department is 100% department the foundation needs, which is what Robert agrees with, but the department is less about making sure Foundations duties are done flawlessly and more about arrests that have no second thought. By this Robert tries to get evidence for Internal Security Department to stop personnel who overabuse their powers for greed, power or others causing corruption in foundation. In no way would Robert want to harm any of these agents when they don't cause harm to him. There's not issue with the department itself as Robert talks with personnel of the department normally, but some of the agents who were trained unsufficiently and forgot the goals of foundation need to remember them.
Storyline including Site Command: Robert works as informant for the O5 council through assistent 'Veil' who arranged him private comms line to Floor 3. This comms line was originally initiated to give information about duty, from F3 dclass quality program. This comms line was only given to Robert, not other SGT coleagues that helped with the program. This comms line was used by other means, giving F3 information of assistents and I.E. [O1] & ECA letting type blue onto F3. Robert gave them bodycam of conversation they had the entire time and was immidietely transfered onto different site. His spying worked caused two (2) executions to happen killing two (2) Ethics Committee Assistents and one Omega 1 corporal. This has left mark on Robert causing hate for ethics committee, he understands that it was lower ranking personnel who caused this, but his trust can't be given back that easily. Neverthless Robert still talks with ethics Committee personnel, but with new goal, get information and report them, then repeat.
