Character name(s):
F: Noah Smith
CI: Jeffrey J. Matthews
Civilian name:

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
UK
Do you have a mic?:
Yes
What are your total levels?:
Combat 22
D-Class 28
Research 10
SCP 6
Support 20
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
CI-G, Sr. Agent, Combat Medic
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I've received only one and that's for spinning around while out for BJJ. Was not on purpose I threw my headset on my keyboard, not knowing it will void AFK.
Since that incident I've taken steps to prevent this from happening again.
How long have you been a Senior Agent for?:
For almost 2 weeks, but it was logged on 9.9 as I thought it will be automatically dealt by SPA+
Why are you applying for Special Agent?:
Well, I believe that the DEA is the perfect match for me. It captivated me with the ideal balance of RP and PVP, while maintaining a small roster that allowed for strong personal bonds between members. Since I've joined DEA, I have made a lot of efforts to contribute to its growth and presence.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
So, I've held a lot of high-ranking positions across other RP servers, where I had a lot of responsibility for leading, training, and organizing large teams. That experience has given me the knowledge for the SPA role. I also think that my determination and will power or rather work ethic could ensure that I put up consistent work and keep up a high standard. Within my experience of playing on the server I've learned about the issues within SOP and I aim to fix them. An example would be enhancing SOP communications, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. Also keeping the good cooperation between DEA and Nu-7.
I've already demonstrated leadership and initiative during my time in DEA, so I'm committed to raising the standard, especially of field operations. I think my knowledge makes me more than suited for leading field operations.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I've made 2 documents for DEA. I believe that a document being simple, clear to understand, and not having clumps of information which is hard to understand is what makes it good. In short, documents should be practical and have no clumps that could confuse the reader. Due to my college being like it is, I've had to learn how to make documents and seminars, so I have a lot of experience with it.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
So special agents are basically a bridge between DEA and the field, as they are both operational and administrative responsibilities. They basically lead and coordinate SOP alongside Nu-7, take charge of hostage and or SCP negotiations with GOIs (if higher command is not present)
they also represent the foundation in diplomatic exchanges with GOIs and ensure that all communications are professional, clear and in foundation policy..
they are the role model of the DEA agents, acting as a guide and mentor to junior and senior agents teaching them protocol and conduct.
They ensure that members understand comms procedures, negotiation tactics, and SOP tactics..
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what story lines they would be involved in:
Born in Croatia, Noah Smith grew up in a small coastal town that was hit hard by economic struggles. His family lived modestly, with little stability or any influence at all, but Noah despite all of those cricumstances developed an early talent into reading people and adapting to tough circumstances. While he was still young he had to learn how to handle responsibility, often working various jobs to support his family while also excelling in his academical life.
Instead of following a traditional path, Noah first entered local politics when he was an adolosecent, motivated by the hope of improving life for his community. His calm attitude and sharp way of speaking, gave him a reputation as a strong negotiator. Even when dealing with those far more experienced than him. His political background gave him various connections, but it also drew attention from the Croatian Military who had noticed his unique ability to keep his composure and influence rather difficult situations.
Noah was eventually accepted into the Croatian Special Forces, where his career shifted from public service to secret operations. Inside the Special Forces, he specialized in intelligence gathering, reconnaissance, and foreign relations during joint missions with NATO units. He was oftenly assigned to roles that demanded both tactical skill and diplomatic sensitivity — whether leading small teams through counter-terrorism raids or representing his unit in fragile ceasefire talks abroad.
During one notable operation, Noah coordinated the extraction of hostages while in the same time negotiating with armed insurgents. The mission became a defining moment of his career and highlighted his capacity to lead under fire while also thinking several steps ahead in negotiation. His superiors began to rely on him not just as a soldier, but as someone who could connect the gap between military precision and political understanding.
By the time he left active service, Noah Smith had built a reputation as an operative who thrived in complex, high-pressure environments. His work got him into Foundation service which came naturally, with the Department of External Affairs recognizing his mix of political, tactical, and diplomatic experience as a perfect fit for their growing need of agents who could represent the Foundation externally while also taking commanding position in the field.
Now serving as a Senior Agent, Noah Smith a refound operative of the foundation uses his skills that he learned in his life in covering up info leaks and smooth negotiations with GOIs.
His career continues to revolve around his work inside the foundation to strengthen its reputation and the operations of DEA. He's a perfect balance between diplomacy with very calculated moves whenever the situation requires them
