It would be only for Surface duties as a Vanguard, it is a UK subregiment for E-11. They respond to Code 1's and Surface Anomalies.
The reasoning would be the reduction of infoleaks on surface regarding MTF E-11.
We also got black shirts provided by Nu-7 in RP, as they had full black outfits before their model update.
The model change would be the blue shirt becoming black and the removal of the E-11 patch from the beret
