Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Unfortunately, which is why I prob won't get approved, I have 2 bans and 3 warns. Mostly due to the fact that I was young and unknowing as these all came from when I first had gotten into gmod RP in general. 1 was due to a minor class of RDMing, 1 was due to LTAPing, 1 failrp/micspam, and 1 was due to the toxicity that I much regret. I would like to say these do not reflect the person and roleplayer I am today and I would like you to know is I truly regret these actions.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I am apply for exec because I have seen lots of interest in furthering my research in the termination of Keter-class of SCPs. Having this role could advance a new age of disposing of SCPs that are fully researched. I want to make the world safer by dealing with dangerous SCPs that could pose a very large threat to the world.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I think I am suitable for this position due to my high value under the inspectors and my former experience on senior researcher before the level was raised to 20. I also hold great with writing and leadership and do well under stress. I do have lots of experience on serious RPs and I believe I could pose a good fit for the job with my experience of Gmod roleplay with 8000 hours.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: I have not received an excellent grade but I intend to make many documents in the future. What makes a document excellent is: Your grammar, has many pages, has effort put into the document, at least an aim method and findings, and the results of the test.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: Grading papers, approving cross tests, overseeing senior researchers, overseeing tests that are CL4 but are being ran by CL3, being there to help and answer questions for other researchers, and helping the directors.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Dr. Fisher started at Black Mesa as a Cencom worker. He was working there happily before he was fired for incorrectly coding the terminals. After he was fired he decided to work in another research facility, stumbling upon a post say "Enroll into the SCP foundation and protect the world from chaos!".
He started out as a humble janitor before making his way into the research division. He was just a Jr researcher but worked his way up the chain. He had decided to start a termination test while under his researcher role. It was a termination test using SCP-914 to terminate SCP-096 but made the mistake of putting it on rough. This caused 096 to come back.
After the test, he gained the gaze of the Chief Inspector and was put on a high value researcher list and is mostly under close oversight by them. his story ends there for now.
