When breached where is 096 allowed to go?
While 096 is in rage he is allowed to go anywhere to get to someone who has seen his face. He should try to attack the closes person first. While roaming he should not try to go to populated areas on purpose and should just roam the corridors.
Can SCP 096 head straight to D-Block?
No.
How is 096 re-contained?
First you need to bucket 096. After this you beam 096 when he is not raged. Once you beamed him you cuff him and make sure to have a spare bucket on hand. This is all done with scrambles.
