What will you do to stop this from happening again: I read the rules and I understand the communities guidelines on it now, I didn't take in regard that I couldn't say this word unless it was in a derogatory manner.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? No.
Why should you be unbanned: The Situation took place because this guy called me the hard R after killing him basically saying he was gonna come back for me and such, I told my friends after that basically saying This N**g* just called me the Hard R, and I was pretty pressed about that so I was basically saying I was gonna make a ticket, before I made the ticket I was immediately pulled into a sit where an admin explained why I was being banned, I didn't fight him at all as I knew some other servers had this rule and it's understandable, however I am Libyan, so It's just something I say out of character and I shouldn't have slipped up. I told the admin what the other player did and he said he would take care of it and told me I could appeal, so now I'm doing so. I wish to be unbanned because I know I wont make this mistake again and overall I don't think I'm an occasional rule breaker as I have no past warnings or bans and I actually play the server.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will make sure to not use certain language that I do in real life on the server as it makes the server and overall community look bad when people do this.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I wish to rejoin the server because I have been grinding intensely for the last 3 days, mostly on D-Class that way I can quickly gain levels, I am now on level 20 or 21, I may be wrong, possibly 19 or 20. However I want to keep grinding so I can continue my RP on the server once I join CI, and I feel the need to be unbanned at least by tomorrow due to me having driving school from Monday to Thursday, and I most likely will not be able to hop on the server for an entire week unless late at night, my time zone is CDT.
