What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Changes the location of the CCTV Room in Security Sector to ISD Wing.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ More usage of CCTV Room as currently it serves no purpose being close to GSD spawn over ISD spawn and sometimes too much of a hassle to go towards as most suspects disappear by the time you reach it in SS due to how precious time is during a manhunt.
+ ISD able to actively perform effectively if doing other duties in ISD wing, they can respond quickly to CCTV room to help in situations.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Corridor becomes useless in SS.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Just more effective placement of LLCZ cctv room, and no other department really uses it.
I know this requires map alterations, so I understand that this suggestion will take long to implement if it gets accepted.
