For how long have you played on CG SCP:
I began playing on Civil Gamers SCP-RP around one to two years ago and was consistently active during that period, including my time as a Sergeant in MTF Nu-7.
After taking a short break from the server around August, I am now fully committed to returning with regular, reliable activity and investing long-term into the Security Captain role
Age: 17
In what country are you located?: France
Time zone: UTC+1
Character name(s): John Creas
Civilian name: Emilian Formie
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes I do.

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
I have held a SGT role as an MTF Nu-7 and a CI role even tho I put a lot much efforts and time as my Nu7 role. I also have a security officer role.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: No I haven't.

Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for Security Captain because I want to take on a more active leadership role within the SCP-RP environment and contribute more directly to the quality, structure, and consistency of security roleplay on the server.
After spending a significant amount of time as a Security Officer, I have developed a solid understanding of site procedures, containment priorities, and chain of command. In addition, my experience as a Sergeant in MTF Nu-7 allowed me to work in high-pressure situations where coordination, discipline, and clear decision-making were essential. This experience helped me build confidence in leading others and remaining calm during critical incidents such as breaches, raids, and lockdown scenarios.
Becoming Security Captain feels like a natural progression for me. I am motivated not by authority, but by the opportunity to support other security members, improve organisation during incidents, and ensure that RP remains immersive, realistic, and enjoyable for everyone involved. I want to help newer players learn proper security RP while also ensuring experienced players have strong leadership they can rely on during intense situations.
Overall, I am applying because I believe I can positively contribute to the stability, professionalism, and long-term health of the server and GSD, while continuing to develop my own roleplay and leadership skills.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I believe I am suitable for the role of Security Captain due to a combination of experience, leadership background, and attitude.
Firstly, I have approximately one year of SCP-RP experience, during which I have learned Foundation protocols, site procedures, and proper roleplay standards. I understand the importance of chain of command, realistic reactions, and prioritising containment and personnel safety over individual action.
Secondly, my time as a Sergeant in MTF Nu-7 has given me valuable leadership experience. I am used to coordinating units, communicating clearly under pressure, and keeping situations organised during large-scale operations. This experience has helped me remain calm in stressful RP scenarios and make decisions that benefit the group rather than myself.
Finally, I consider my mindset to be one of my strongest qualities. I am patient, fair, and willing to teach others when needed. I understand that a Security Captain must set an example, both in behaviour and roleplay quality, and must always consider the health of the server as a whole. I am also open to feedback and constantly looking to improve my performance.
Overall, I believe my experience, leadership skills, and commitment to professional RP make me a strong candidate for the Security Captain role.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:

The Security Captain assists in overseeing the entirety of the General Security Department and acts as a key authority figure within site security. Appointed by the Chief of Security, the Security Captain is responsible for ensuring that all security operations are conducted in a professional, organised, and roleplay-appropriate manner.
Their responsibilities include coordinating Security Officers, assigning positions, and managing responses to incidents such as a D-Class riot. The Security Captain has the final say on security operations and tactical decisions, unless overruled by the Chief of Security or a Level 5 staff member, and must therefore make decisions that prioritise site safety, containment integrity, and personnel protection.
In addition, the Security Captain serves as a bridge between Security, Command, and MTF, ensuring clear communication and cooperation during escalating situations. They are also expected to maintain discipline, enforce Foundation procedures, and uphold high RP standards at all times.
As a Level 4 trusted role, the Security Captain must act responsibly, set an example for other Security members, and always consider the overall health and balance of the server, both in calm situations and during high-stress RP scenarios. They also have the responsability to host licenses such as Riot Control License or Heavy Weapons License.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My character is a career Foundation security operative who previously served with MTF Nu-7, where they were exposed to intense operational environments that demanded absolute discipline, emotional control, and rapid decision-making. Prolonged service in Nu-7 shaped their mindset, teaching them to remain calm, focused, and analytical even under extreme pressure, while also instilling a strong sense of duty toward the Foundation and its personnel.
After being reassigned to general security department, their approach became more focused on internal stability, preparedness, and personnel management. Rather than seeking frontline action, they aim to ensure that security operations run smoothly and efficiently, with well-prepared officers who understand their roles and limitations. Psychologically, the character is cautious and methodical, preferring structured responses and clear command over impulsive actions.
In roleplay, this character would be involved in mentoring and evaluating Security Officers, Guards and Cadets, improving internal coordination, and managing tense situations where discipline, morale, and communication are critical. Their Nu-7 background influences their leadership style: firm but fair, prioritising control, responsibility, and the long-term safety and effectiveness of the site’s security personnel.

Dear @John Creas

I regret to inform you that, after careful consideration of your application, and your qualifications, we are unable to accept your application for the role of Security Captain at this time.

If you're wondering why this was denied if it is not obvious enough please reach out and I'll be happy to elaborate.
