If so, why?: Yes, 2 RDM 1 in 2023, 1 in April, nlr and power gaming in Jan, name convention in Nov, afk in Jan, fail RP in April, inappropriate conduct in early May for saying a few words to someone that did not feel safe when I said it, and got banned for 3 days for it and 1 for using an auto clicker over night on accident. 1 for fearrp.
What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why? I am applying for the position of an Ethics Committee member, as I have extensive experience with the server, particularly concerning ethical issues and community work. My perspective and understanding of the server are built through the lens of ethics, and I believe this position will allow me to share all of my knowledge with others, just like I have been taught myself.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee? Personally, I believe I am the best candidate due to the fact that I have seen a long way as an ECA and ISD, both of which are focused on the very principle of ethics in the form of everyday operations. What is more, I will keep up the high ethical standards during the Committee to ensure it has better chances to overcome difficulties in the future. Finally, my ability to remain abstinent and my training on how to deal with people form a basis for fair and balanced decisions.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
The role of the Ethics Committee is to conduct a careful and comprehensive examination of research proposals and requests for cross-test to ascertain conformity with the Foundation’s legal and moral requirements. It may be necessary to reject given a protocol that proposes to conduct testing of tortuousness on an anomaly, as well as to reject those that propose precise threats to site security and personnel survival. The aim is to keep personnel and D-class deaths at a minimum. Although requests to bother vary from approval, such approval is only granted in the absence of Executives and R&SD to keep a record of primary data. Documents reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee must be presented in the most professional manner possible. In addition to this, it has the authority to arbitrate over personal disputes at the site level, as well as matters of personnel with the ISD to settle disputes in terms of job performance or morale affecting efficient operation. Members of the Ethics Committee also have the authority to initiate Code Black in response to a critical incident involving an anomaly. They are authorized to initiate aa or MTF procedures for cases involving breach where, for example, dangerous occurrences on PAR levels necessitate the need of a mass event. However, they may also allow the Director to terminate all D-class in the event of a major D-block breach involving several REDACTED occurrences.
