Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: One warn back in 2023 for RDM | FailRP, mainly when I first started playing.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Around 6, maybe 7 hours depending on the day. More on the weekends.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yea, I have staffed on 3 different servers, Senior Admin on one, Admin on another, and just Mod on another one.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of previously achieving Gamemaster. My time was shortlived and I did resign because I felt staff was a better fit for me. I am also proud of getting Investigator only 2 weeks into ISD.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member for various reasons.
First off I want to take a more serious part in the CN community. As a normal player, I feel like I am not really too involved in what goes on around here, but joining the staff team, I can have a bigger say, and be a more core part of the community.
2nd, I would like to be able to help out other people. You see many people have issues with stuff in-game and sometimes you wanna help but you're just a member so its a bit difficult. I feel the same way, adn becoming staff could allow me to more easily access other members of the community that need help.
3rd, I would like to have more stuff to do in my off-time when im not currently roleplaying or being active on the server. Staff lets me occupy a part of my freetime with something important, so it'd be nice to join so I can have some more stuff to do around the server.
Last but not least, I would like to be able to introduce myself to more people. Being staff results in you being put in situations with more people, so joining would allow me to learn about more people and interact more.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There are many attributes I can bring to the team that will help improve it.
First off, I am quite active. Whenever I am not at school or practice, I try my best to be on so I am more reachable to others that may need me, so I stay as active as I possibly can. Activity is certainly important because if Staff weren't active, then players would have harder times getting help.
Second, I can handle myself in ticket situations quite well. With my experience, I have learned how to deal with minges, confused players, and just overall trolls and people who don't want to actually interact with those on the server. This is an important trait because if you cannot handle yourself in a sit, you just cause a ton of issues during it.
Last but not least, I am very experienced. I bring alot of experience to the table with the 3 servers I have moderated, and I have learned alot about how to handle myself, commands, and just a ton of stuff. My experience is probably one of if not my strongest attribute.
