How many hours can you be on everyday: 5+ (In college and getting a job soon so subject to change)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes! I used to be a head moderator on SCP-RP, I did the standard at the time which was in 2022, Made sure to hit my weekly reqs and did a little extra when I had spare time, unfortunately I had to leave due to extenuating circumstances but I want to (Hopefully) stick around for a while and leave my mark this time.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: All of my mod experience, previous time as IA, OA, and O1, even though it was rather short, I'm also proud of my NCO rank in Nu-7, never been a big reg person so I'm glad I'm making some kinda progress
Why would you like to become a staff member: I remember being staff (even if a little stressful) fondly, I want to help the server by handling sits taking tickets and hopefully joining the event team, and having staff is a good way to get to know people and make new friends!
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Honestly my old take is the reqs but that seems to have changed (drastically) since my time as staff I'm happy with how the staff system works, especially with the ticket update it is very very nice. The only thing I would maybe change is AOD limits, but I haven't had the recent experience to know how necessary AOD is nowadays, Previously I recall being short on staff members taking sits despite numbers, but with how my experience with tickets has been so far since my return I don't think that's an issue.
