Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Metagaming & Vtime Farming
Metagaming I was warned due to metabait and complaining that ERT crossfired me in d-block.
VTime Farming I was in main menu and fell asleep IRL and forgot to get off the server.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-6 hours per day.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I used to be Administrator within this community back in 2023. I've contributed a lot to the staff team back then when I was in Server Leadership and was a supervisor for Platform Team so I supervised the forums and discord.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud that I am a Overseer Assistant and a Nu-7 CO within the server again, I didn't think I would make it to CL4 again due to my past experience but I'm glad to meet new members within the server and old players alike.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The reason I would like to become a staff member in this server again is due to the fact that I'd love to assist and help. Its been a long time since I've done anything to contribute my dedication and activity to the server and I plan on going above and beyond within my staff requirements. I also would love to become a staff member again as I am on early morning and usually late night when staff aren't on. I believe I also am mature enough to become a staff member within the server as I've dealt with stressful situations in the past and in character as well.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I believe one thing that always staff struggle on and has always been an ongoing thing is ticket timers. I've seen a lot of my tickets as well as other players ticket exceed a certain amount of time to report a situation or just ask a question, I've also seen staff interfere in other tickets as well and wish that didn't happen as often as it should as they should be following guidelines. I would make sure every ticket is taken care of that I am able to assist as Staffing becomes first before roleplay.
