Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No, I try to stay out of trouble for the most part.
How many hours can you be on everyday: On the weekends I can put 5-8 hours and on the week day's only 2-3 since I do work full time.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I've helped grow many large-scale communities. For the first server I was staff in it was military RP. I was the Air1 CMD, so I was tasked with growing the Air Force. Before I left, we were one of the biggest and best-put-together groups. I climbed into the rank of Elite Admin while I played for 2 years. I then started playing Police RP; I slowly became FBI and climbed up to DCOFBI (Deputy Commissioner of the FBI) while also becoming Head of Staff. I didn't stay too long, maybe a year or two, before IRL got in the way and I needed to retire due to personal problems.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: As listed previously, I was able to grow a whole battalion from scratch. This means I made documents, tryouts, and promotion guidelines. I also made an SOP explaining the daily tasks and how to do certain things. What I'm most proud of is seeing no one else besides me within the battalion, and in 1 month I was able to grow it to the BIGGEST within the server. No, we didn't accept everyone; in fact, people would keep trying until they were able to join. It's a feeling of accomplishment that can't be beat.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I strongly believe in serving the community by solving their issues and making everyone feel safe and respected. My kindly approach and problem-solving skills can make a real difference in creating an environment that is positive, where issues are resolved efficiently and with a lot of care. Equally, I look forward to the contribution I can and will bring to the staff team with ideas and thoughts that can help us all grow within the staff team. Most importantly, my goal is to try and help everyone as a whole to make things feel more united, fair, and together as a community. Hopefully I can try and achieve my goals by helping the community as a whole. I hope to see everyone around and thank you for reading this application.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One of the main reasons for applying is due to the low amount of staff; within 5-9 AM CST, there will usually be only 1 staff member online to deal with situations, and that can be challenging and hard. That's why, in applying, hopefully I can fix the only problem I see, and that is that there's not enough staff early in the game. That's usually when people like to troll and get annoying, to the point where you just need to leave because there's no staff on to deal with the situations that are going on.
