Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I was able to obtain GSD Sergeant in 4 days after joining the server, and reaching my 1st day of Playtime in that same time. I was also able to get into E11 on my first try.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member to develop myself within the community, learn more about the community, and help people with issues that they can't solve on their own. I believe staff members are a guide for newer players, and It would be in my best interest to go towards something of this nature. I have been apart of the community for only 3 weeks, but I have dedicated a large amount of time since joining. I want to show my appreciation by contributing in another way aside from playing on the server. I feel like becoming staff is my next step in progressing as a helpful member of the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I can provide my dedication, motivation, and initiative towards helping members of the community. I have a decently flexible schedule, and even when not available in game, can dedicate multiple hours a day towards discord support. I can provide an adequate and possibly excellent service to ensure players are happy and maintain an overall good standing with dealing with situations which may come up. I may not have much experience within the servers staff team, but I am always capable of learning and providing my assistance to anyone who needs it.
