How many hours can you be on everyday: As many as I am needed to be. I obviously will have time constraints from time to time but I am relatively open when it comes to availability.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have many experiences as staff in many communities, both Garry's Mod and other game based. Focusing on Garry's Mod I have held various staff positions in some medium sized servers before but haven't really held anything recently since I was taking a break from Garry's Mod. When it comes to other games, I have held moderation positions for Rust & SCP: Secret Lab which has allowed me to specialize in rule enforcement and also cheater investigations (specifically in Rust) as in some games cheating is pretty rampant that comes with a lot of challenges that has allowed me to learn some very useful moderation skills that I can bring here.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am really proud of the progress I have been able to make within the Internal Security Department in such a short time-span. I have been able to make it to Investigator and become a BAR Certified Prosecutor within the ISD. Now I know some people might not consider that a big accomplishment, but I would challenge people who have the doubt to achieving the same thing. Being a member of ISD can sometimes be..... challenging and it's a job no one wants to do sometimes but is a foundational essential position as in real life the judiciary is only as strong as the people who are there to enforce and uphold their decisions (in this case, the ethics committee). I pride myself in being a dedicated member of ISD who wants to be able to held ensure that our code of ethics is upheld and compare ISD to being apart of the staff team in having to be able to enforce rules in essence.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member for Civil Networks because I strongly believe that the community should give back to the server as moderation can be a very tough and undesirable position that nonetheless needs to be established. I want to help give back to this server since I think it's a really great experience that I'd like to help uphold. We need great dedicated people to ensure that these servers that have good merit are protected and I'd love to be a part of that team.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think one big thing that would really help the server is having like an onboarding team of some sort. I've noticed a lot of new players are daunted by the server and all of the things that they have the learn which sometimes, I've noticed, results in players having questions go unanswered or make mistakes that end up getting them into trouble that affects their future in the server in an ooc and ic perspective. I think by having an onboarding team, they could sort of host events or have forums for people who need help to come around and learn more about the server and how things work. I think by adding that, people would be less overwhelmed and what not.
