Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, both inside and outside of CivilNetworks. I used to be staff on the US server around two years ago. I don’t remember exactly what rank I reached; however, I believe it was Moderator. During my time as staff, I enjoyed it a lot and gained valuable knowledge, which not only helped me become a better staff member but also a better roleplayer.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Since rejoining, I have regained multiple whitelists and licenses (e.g., 096, medical, etc.). Alongside this, I have also joined Nu-7 and have climbed through the ranks, currently standing at LCPL, while making good connections within the unit.
Why would you like to become a staff member: As stated above, I have been part of the staff team before, although it was on the US server. During that time, I gained valuable skills and knowledge that I would like to use again. When playing, I often try to help out both IC and OOC as much as I can, but sometimes that isn’t enough. Through tickets and sits, I feel that my help and knowledge could be shared in a much more personalized way, making it easier for people to ask questions and get support. As I continue playing on the server more and more, I genuinely just want to help out and increase overall server health.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: As for the way the staff team operates, I can’t really say whether anything needs changing or improving without being part of it. However, from an outside perspective as a normal user, the way things are right now works pretty well, and I haven’t had any issues at all.
