Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: Within Civli Networks SCP RP, this is the very first application I am writing for staff.
I have written a previous one for another community, however, I cannot provide this one.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received one warning for 'Racism' three years ago.
I'm unable to recall this happening.
How many hours can you be on everyday: At least a few, e.g 3-4-5 nowadays, however, when classes start, maybe a little less. This shouldn't impact activity much however.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community:
As mentioned previously, yes, I have been a member of a staff team in a different community which I will not list unless explicitly asked. Additionally, I have also been part of the event team on said server, however, this is not the main point. Regarding my experience as staff, I was lucky to have had a variety of different experiences with players, as well as having possessed different rankings in this staff team which are different from the ones this community uses.
The staff ranks I have possessed are Trial Moderator, Moderator, Senior Moderator, Administrator & Senior Administrator. I was unfortunately unable to reach Executive Administrator & then Super-Admin, which is one rank below 'superadmin' which is usually a member of Server Management.
Overall, during my time as a staff member I learned the key principles of being a staff member. This means to always remain professional and calm when handling situations, punishing those who are actively disrupting the roleplay on the server, but most importantly: Teach the newer players how to effectively play on the server.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
During my time on the server, I've been trying to find ways to grow in different departments. At this moment in time, I must say that I'm very proud to have reached a high rank within the Internal Security Department, alongside obtaining the rank of Medical Consultant in the Department of Medicine.
To me, both those departments speak to me quite well, as one is aiming at serving justice & the other is for taking care of others. Regarding ISD, I must say that I'm proud to have assisted the department where most needed, joined an ISD Unit regarding Inter-Departmental Liaisons & having launched two operations.
Regarding the Department of Medicine, this department is more so focused on ongoing roleplay compared to Internal Security, where in ISD you have operations that can be ongoing for about a few weeks before being shut down, though, in the Medical Department, you could have a surgery scheduled in less than a week for example.
As my inclination is more leaned on passive-roleplay instead of combat, I must also point out that I'm very happy to have obtained the role of Overseer Assistant where I'm able to make myself present and ready to assist the current Overseers when required or do certain tasks for them throughout the day.

Why would you like to become a staff member:
My inclination to become a staff member not only comes from my extent in previous experience, but also a feeling within me that desires to assist those on the server in need. Considering this is a serious RP setting, it would be important to teach newly joined players the key principles of playing on this server when new e.g starting out as a Class-D, working your way up to Server Level 5 & unlocking a few simple jobs.
Additionally, I wish to become a staff member to also strengthen my relation with all the players on the server and become a good role model for the staff team and more importantly future players & future staff members.
Lastly, In my opinion, the role of the staff is not just about implementing rules. It is about creating a fun, engaging atmosphere where people are happy and comfortable. I want to make sure that every single player, no matter what his or her experience level is, feels that he or she has been given help and is treated with dignity.
I aim to be available, just, and consistent. By doing this, I will be able to support a good mood in which roleplay can flourish and the new members can become valuable members of the community.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
Having seen a whole staffing system myself on a different server and only a little bit on Civil Networks, it has come to my attention that it often takes ridiculously long for a sit to be obtained by a staff member. Therefore, I aim to lower those waiting times and make myself available for any player in need depending on the situation.
e.g-- one individual makes a MassRDM sit & the other makes a 'I'm stuck' sit. I would prioritize the MassRDM situation & request another staff member to quickly release the other player from their stuck position.
Obviously, it would make sense for a staff member to not be able to react to a sit. E.g they are currently busy with another sit, they are AFK, they are in an ongoing, serious RP scenario, so by no means am I blaming other staff members for taking too long.
Lastly, I wish to state that I'm also looking forward to receiving ongoing feedback from players during my time as staff, that is, if I were to be accepted. I would also like to strongly point out that this should be a given to all members of staff, regardless if you're a Trial Moderator or a member of Server Leadership.
Mistakes happen. We are all human. However, we have the ability to at least try to prevent issues from happening.
