How many hours can you be on everyday: I currently average 9-10 hours each day. I expect this time to be half when I start my next education/career. The time I can dedicate during the weekend will remain the same.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do not hold any prior experience within Garry's Mod servers.
I have, however, held 2 staff positions within Minecraft and FiveM Communities.
The FiveM was a large-sized roleplay community, where I held the rank of Senior Admin.
Within the community, I was a part of the recruitment team, where my main tasks outside of moderation were the recruitment and training of new staff members.
The Minecraft server was a small to medium-sized economy roleplay server, where I held the position of Community Manager. Within the server, my main tasks were to manage the staff team and ensure feedback, suggestions and reports were properly handled. I believe my biggest contribution to the server was my activity and a rework I performed on the staff team's procedures and documentation.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I think my biggest advancements lately have been my RP.
I have enjoyed playing on E-11, making my way up to the rank of command sergeant. I have also been actively roleplaying on GOC, developing my 2 characters while actively working on diplomacy with CI and Foundation, including the post-war peace treaties. I believe that these advancements in my roleplay, especially compared to when I started playing on this server, have been immense.
I am also very happy with reaching the rank of NCO/Corporal within the GOC and achieving my Attaché whitelist, which I have used in the previously described diplomatic roleplay.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member as I enjoy being able to assist people in their roleplay experience and helping them out in general. I like being able to ensure that a community stay a safe and friendly place to partake of. I discussed this and that I already wanted to apply for staff before my previous long GMod break with some people, and they recommended I just try it now, so here I am.
Because of my increased playtime, I have been playing more during the mornings and nights, periods when there is not always staff online. I have been noticing situations at these hours where people get away with rules being broken, because of no staff being online, and a lot of players not wishing to write a report on the forums. I wish to be able to assist these people by being able to handle their reports, even when the server isn't that full yet.
I enjoy playing on this server and would love to be able to help out and partake in the moderation of it, as I have had many great roleplay experiences here, which I want to ensure others can receive as well.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Not having previously been a part of the staff team, I am unsure what can be improved. From a player´s side of view, I personally haven't noticed anything major which could be mentioned, as we don't get involved with a lot of the things which happen in the staff team. I wish to be able to contribute to the staff team by being able to assist with moderation during low-pop hours and to be able to assist any new but also current members of the community with any questions and or issues they might have.
