How many hours can you be on everyday: On weekdays 3-4 hours, on weekends 8-10 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No I do not.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: This is somewhat OOC but also IC, I am very very proud on how I went from being top 5 minges on the server to getting E-11 CPT without being demoted or striked once. Getting my first CL4 of Ambassador, helping build IA/ISD and almost getting Director twice, just generally getting good positions and improving from my old self.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become staff because I really would like to uphold and enforce server rules in any and everyway that I can. Another reason I would like to become staff I truely love this community and I believe becoming staff could help me interact with more of the community. The final reason I would like to become staff is I believe all of my skills could make me a good addition to the staff team and general staff member.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Something I would improve on the staff team would be how quickly they respond to sits. I would improve this because before I have seen multiple staff members just relaxing while not in RP and people asking in OOC for staff to respond. How I would improve this would be by encouraging/ requesting them to take sits if I were in one myself, and or give out money for responding to them.
