Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Just my time as staff within CN
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something I am proud of I have achieved in-game would have to be how I went from being a massive minge on the server, to being multiple CL4 roles and becoming much better and more engaged with RP.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member as I want to ensure everyone on the server is having fun and a good time instead of being ruined by someone who has absolutely no respect for others or their time on the server. I also want to make sure others don't make the same mistakes I have made in my past on the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There are 2 main things I want to improve. First I would liketo improve the response time to sits. This is said quite often and people raise concerns about it but it is still a re-occuring issue. I have had a simple stuck sit open for 1 minute before even though there was roughly 7 staff on at the time. Now sometimes it is not the staff members fault and they could be in active RP but it is still something I wish to improve upon.
Secondly, I have noticed a lack of response to some ban appeals in time. I recall a 1 week ban appeal being left up so long that the ban expired before anyone responded or gave a verdict to it. If I make it to a position to where I can put in the verdict I want to make it quick. I feel as if someone feels they have been falsely banned I do not want them to feel ignored and have to wait extensive time to get a verdict.
