Description of the incident: I spawned in as an officer and saw the reported player kill another gensec member, he then proceeded to shoot at me shortly after and eventually killed me, I respawned and he tried it again but this time I killed him in self defence, then he respawned and tried to kill me yet again which would also be revenge rdm on his part, he also killed someone else a couple times more than myself, and the trial mod who handled it said "we have punished him as we have seen fit" and "it was not his intent to kill you" this is a disgusting example of moderator bias because the reported is in high clearance rolls, a couple others joined the support chat AND the sit, stayed completely silent, i suspect to try and get him out of punishment.
