Description of the incident: So, the reason I'm making this report is to clear some stuff up with Kayla since she'll read this for sure.
And to notify about some fucking tremendous harassments and rule breaks.

The Incident:
So today I was in medbay and a fake Sr.Doctor was called out on radio, I had 2 next to me so I ID check both and I was in a hurry to go to ISD and talk to a investigator which I booked a time with. During the ID check the Sr. Doctor refuses to present ID, instead of going back and forth I cuff her as it is a direct violation of site-65 policies, quote:
"An ID check may only be performed if there is a legitimate need to be aware of someone's identity. A reasoning for the identification check may be requested after presenting identification. Any attempt to delay showing identification by arguing about jurisdiction or reasoning is grounds for immediate detainment and disciplinary action."

She was dragged to ISD and there I talked to them about the thing. ONLY THEN did I know she was kayla, her IC name was madeline something and i swear on mums life I had no clue its kayla until I got to ISDW. She starts spamming LOOC saying im harassing her and its personal and shit when it was all RP.

Afterwards I get banned from Medbay because she asked for a TRO and I got O5 involved, the Kaneki Fujimoto guy, lovely lad but during his questioning with the consultant Kayla decides to hop on OSA and go to medbay then start talking shit about me IC to the O5, which is blatant fucking job abuse; she involved a different character in the same RP related to her other character, what the fuck was my live reaction but i didnt say shit LOOC and i only PM'd kaneki that i would void half her shit and make a report.

I just find this to be blatant abuse of her role as OSA, she gets me in trouble as a snr.doctor then switches to OSA and tries to make the same situation worse using her position. She shouldnt involve herself in her own roleplay.

Im now saying this to Kayla, I have and will not at any point target you because of who you are. I try to and have been following strict IC stuff while Im on the server. Whatever I think of you OOC is a different thing that does not leak into my IC opinions of you and that is the truth whether you believe it or not. At that time I had 0 clue you were the Sr.Doctor and even if I knew nothing would've changed, that is the path Bruno chose and that is the RP that followed. You get mad at me and yell when I bring shit to LOOC so lead by example.

I would just like to respond to the part about the OSA thing.

I did not come down with the intention of getting involved. I didn't even know it was the situation until I got there. I simply asked where -3 and the rest of A1 were and joined up with them as I would normally due to my duties. I did not comment on whether the ban should be put in place, I simply commented on the behaviour you had exhibited towards me as an OSA.

I also did not request the TRO from Medbay. That was the Consultant Marion Nocturne. I was asked if I wanted some sort of restraining order to which I told the Ethics Assistant no, I don't really give a shit, so it was infact not even my Roleplay that I was a part of. It was the Consultants.

I also recall you being asked around 1-2 months ago by Aki to actually leave me alone within a sit due to your constant harassment and toxicity of myself that he DID see an example of in logs where you sat an cursed me because you felt like it in LOOC, then followed me round for 20+ as a chef with a radio throwing it around at me. I'm not targeting or harassing you, frankly I try to avoid you at all costs, but seemingly you have some obssession with Floor 3 Roleplay and I cannot get away from you.

Alas the only thing I must add to this report is that @SynergyJohn talked to her a while ago telling her to stop harassing me and causing OOC issues. She has proven over and over that the slightest IC thing causes her to take OOC offense (like i used to, so im not judging) but it's really annoying to read that Im harassing you and being toxic when Im just playing a character.

I will say it here publicly so please listen close:
You have 0 place to judge my interest in F3 RP as you have over a dozen times prevented me from conducting any F3 RP without going through you first. You have countless times said "No you will talk to me first" and such when I reached out to F3 for any reason whatsoever. You must release the victim mentality and think objectively, you volunteer to engage in RP with me every time you reply with a "Talk to me", you can refrain from replying and let another assistant do it and that'll avoid you RP, but no, you CHOOSE to reply to me and ask me to talk to you and when I try to talk to another assistant you throw a fit.

So to have the audacity to say

Thanks for taking the time to submit your player report.

After reading your report, reviewing the evidence provided and doing some digging on my end I have come to the conclusion that both the claims of harassment and job abuse are unfounded.

Job Abuse​

1.10 Do not Job Abuse - Do not exploit your job for personal benefits or advantages. Job abuse includes switching roles to gain an unfair advantage within a short period of time, such as changing from Chef to Security to stop a D-Class escape happening right in front of you.​

In the clips you've provided, Kayla has not commited any sort of Job Abuse. Just because the player is the same doesn't mean that the character is the same, and the interactions that Kayla had with you during that stint of Roleplay were purely based on the previous interactions that your characters have had with each other. There was no unfair advantage gained from what Kayla did, and the way that Kayla ended up in that RP scenario on OSA was completely organic.

Harassment​

2.05 Harassment - Repeated harassment or targeted bullying towards anyone is not permitted. If you are told that your behavior is uncomfortable or disturbing to an individual, you should cease that behaviour. We are here to have fun, we won't tolerate anyone who attempts to ruin the server for others and foster toxicity. Staff will deal with these situations on a case-by-case basis.​

First of all, I want to refute the following:​

This is ficticious and seemingly written in bad faith. What Synergy actually told you was that you and Kayla should not interact with each other because it is clear that you are unable to get on with each other due to OOC issues that you both hold with each other.

Now onto your claim that Kayla is harassing you...

A player conducting Roleplay that makes sense to their character and performing purely IC actions is not harassment. You are not being targetted by Kayla in any interaction that I've been privy to or seen evidence for. This player report and the evidence provided seems to me like a prime example of what I state above... that you are unable to share a roleplay scenario without it devolving into some sort of OOC issue.

Going forward...

If you believe that there is a Rule break, you are to make a staff ticket rather than flood /looc or /pm with "You can't do this!" or "This is against the rules!" as all this does is antagonise the individual involved. You do not have the power to void any sort of Roleplay yourself because you think a Rule violation has been committed, that is a staff members duty.

From now, you and Kayla are not to interact with each other due to the reasons stated above. We, as staff members, are aware of the previous interactions that you've had with each other as well as your previous interactions with other members of the community where you've been removed from rules and in some cases even blacklisted from departments due to your tendancy to /pm or /looc and let everyone know your frustrations with a Roleplay scenario.

I will be as clear as this, if you are caught interacting with Kayla or using /pm or /looc inappropriately you wil simply be banned as frankly I am sick and tired of the behaviour displayed.
