What will you do to stop this from happening again: I admit I was quite vocal in /ooc against the person who called admin on me. I have been playing for 4 years+ with one warning before today. I drank quite a bit of alcohol this day which affected my personality. I will not drink as much while playing these servers. I proceeded to punch a D-Class over the course of several minutes, giving him multiple opportunities to leave or fight back. I assumed this was okay, but as I was informed by the admin he had clips, so it wasn't. I apologize for the /ooc comments I had afterwards. I realize they weren't okay and I had taken the situation and sit personally.

Why should you be unbanned: I will not fight fellow D-class and not speak ill of others in /ooc, I apologize for my toxicity and realize it affects others. I will no longer take /ooc for granted and keep any qualms to myself. I am sorry to anyone I have affected from my sayings I said after and including the sit. I don't want to harm anyone's experience of this server. I do believe 4+ months is excessive though . I do apologize for my behavior and will regress to my former self, I just had too much to drink and it overwhelmed me. I truly apologize for my behavior and wish you may see that I only behaved this way because of excessive indulgence. I only wish the best for everyone on the server and to enhance everyone's experience.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After speaking with the staff member and reviewing a clip they provided of yourself in a sit, The attitude after said sit, I identified that you were overtly toxic to the staff member in question, players involved both IC and OOC, Mixing and being toxic repeatably over a 4 minute and 15 second clip. While I do believe the staff member's reason for using "Severe Toxicity" is invalid and I will be removing that and replacing it with the following. "NITRP | Toxicity | Mixing".

If you're drinking and are unable to keep yourself in a well enough mental state to not openly disrespect players to this extent my best advice is to not play the game and just enjoy your evening playing something else.

Now to address your ban length. It appears you attempted to ban evade post your ban. This has resulted in the ban length increase.
