What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (UK)

Your in-game name: Robert 'Oxygen' Novotny (GSD) / Jaromir Novotny (DEA)

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:510288614

Ban Reason: MRDM

Date of ban: 14.12.2025

Who banned you: voodka

Ban length: 5 days

What will you do to stop this from happening again: The way I did the whole scenario of training was very wrong. My next steps will be:

Completely changing how I act during spawns and goofing around. My first intention was for classic training between myself and David Reeper, which for the first 2 minutes I did before he came into killhouse few times and tried to kill me. I was holding for some time until I died and did the same until we got into normal Security Sector and started shooting outside killhouse.

NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER go outside killhouse when training with someone and continue it anywhere else. It's completely dumb and that should NEVER happen again.

Why should you be unbanned: In this situation I tried to only maintain shooting towards David, which I did and haven't killed anybody else.

I'm also player who tries to follow the rules as much as possible to keep normal roleplay scenarious and left the minging part of being on chef with perma gun behind me now. I try to create way better RP scenarious instead of bluntly killing ISD I get bodycam and report what I don't like to higher foundation members.

I have only 2 warnings during nearly 3 years of playing CN which is for Fail raid and repairing reactor as techie in dimention. I'm everyday scared that I'll do something which is out of line and get banned/warned and something else, which in this case I meant no harm to anyone, mainly I'm sorry to the officer in bunks we caused worser time on this server.

Appeal Denied

Hi @saskyc,

After speaking to the staff member involved, reviewing logs and considering your appeal, I have decided to deny your appeal as this is considered MRDM rather than a training and strictly against our rules for a reason. Whilst I understand this was intended to be a training of sorts (as said in your appeal), it ended up just being RDM in bunks which has been said multiple times as being against the rules and can cause serious RP disruption to anybody roleplaying in the area or just walking around. I do believe the staff members decision to give you a reduced ban length from the standard two weeks was a good idea as well due to you not having a negative intent with the MRDM which we appreciate.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.

Kind Regards, Doug
