What will you do to stop this from happening again: When the server is in its downs I understand how some messing around is allowed but going over the top isn't and I will not do that again. In addition i will not Mix while in a RP situation

Why should you be unbanned: XP Farming when I already to high of a level that it doesn't effect me. I was not getting punished for killing a D-Class and reviving them and killing them again after they attempted to pull a weapon but 10 mins later I was In the middle of smth and got pulled into a sit, I was told I was getting banned for 1d for XP farming and Mixing (This is 1 in the morning btw, we all know that it is late and what happens when its late isn't really punished (I even know staff members say this)) and for stacked bans this is not at all related and I fixed my mistakes from last time and never intended any harm. I understand why this would be wrong in high pop and I would never do it in high pop and It won't happen again.

Hello David, thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I was the staff member who banned you for following reasons XP farming and Stacked Bans + a warning for mixing.
For an evidence of the rulebreak, feel free to message me and I will gladly provide everything needed.

Reasoning for the punishement above was as follows:

XP Farming - you deliberately revived an already dead dclass (who died by your hands before) and killed him instantly after.
Mixing - after killing the dclass for the second time you yelled 'XP farm' (mixing OOC with IC), which only proved that it was intentional action on your part.
Stacked Bans - it is a second ban in the span of 6 months and as per punishement guidelines it is an additional 24h to your original ban.

As I mentioned in a staffroom, the previous verbal punishement was a mistake made by me, which I was corrected on and therefore decided to change the punishment to the one you received.

Thanks for taking the time to write your appeal.

After reading your appeal, and the reply from the staff member, I have come to the conclusion that your punishment is valid.

It doesn't matter what population the server is it, you are expected to follow the rules the same. It also doesn't matter that other people were doing the same thing, it doesn't give you an excuse to do the same.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.
