Are you appealing a Staff resignation or blacklist: Resignation

Prior to this, have you ever been demoted or resigned: I have never been demoted and the only other time I've resigned was somewhere in 2023 when I was a low ranking GM
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've gotten 2 RDM and a FailRP that resulted in a ban in 2023 of June. A ban on February of 2024 by transient which isn't specified. An LTARP on Oct of 2024 which I made an appeal for. And my most recent warn/ban being that of March 27, 2025 for MRDM.
Why did you resign: I resigned forever ago due to the responsibility of SGM. I wasn't really ready for such a responsibility. So after the pressure of needing to do a near server wide event to meet a quota I deemed I should leave and even left after someone joking had told me to leave. Not the best way to leave and I'm sure their those that were disappointed in such a move but I just couldn't handle the stress and at times do make extreme moves that shouldn't be needed. That's why I resigned, all because of the pressure of the role.
Why should you return: Well despite this being my second time making a resignation application after my SGM time and my last being denied due to lack of activity I can say I'm more than ready to spend more time on the server this time. Admittedly last time I was doing it off a whim of maybe I'd get more active after I got the role, but would soon after become inactive again after being denied. But that' s changed. I'm more active as of the past 2 weeks or so. I've mainly be playing SCP's but I'm still having fun with said activity. And once again after having some chats with friends who knew me for my events have continued to say that some of my events were fun and they would love to see back. Its been in the back of my mind in the past 2 weeks of playing again. The idea of making events again always fascinating me. Plus with the added mechanics given to GM's I want to mess with it and understand to make something special. I don't think I'm gonna speedrun my way to SGM or any high role like that. Think I'm gonna stay on GM if I get brought back as I'd probably not like the pressure again of such quotas. That's really why I think I should return back to GM even if it means starting from the bottom. I've recently gotten bans that ain't no lie but I'm always ready to prove that despite my recent let downs I can still make an effort to fix them or just not do it at all again. That's why I think I should return.
