What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Create a new type of radio (if we keep them) that works as a proximity based radio. You place down an entity that can take in voice audio from a certain distance, and then play it back through the channel frequency.
Example: You can broadcast an ongoing Tribunal with the Tranciever by placing it in the room, and whoever is tuned into the channel can listen, or you could place another transiever elsewhere to listen with all of your tech expert pals!
Perhaps even let it play MP3 cloud files that have been approved or whitelisted by Staff, so they can be used in events or to playback certain broadcasts.
Also, make a smaller version of it that works as a hidden microphone/bug and can be spawned by ISD, Deep Covers, Assessment Teams, and AO Specialists
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Probably not, and if so, it was well over a year ago.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Broadcast/News Anchor RP
Could be used for spy purposes by CI, GOC, or DEA.
It could help with Events if they have the MP3 feature
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could be misused, laggy, or buggy. That would be bad.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
News Anchor RP, Broadcast RP, Spy RP, Event RP, it could be so awesome!!!!!
