Provides janitor RP on surface jobs, more secret disguises, and expands the janitorial potential we all wish to have

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it should be accepted because it is a easy way to please advil and other mop enjoyers without too much effort.

give it to certain surface jobs only, it removes half of the janitor role's purpose, and the vacuum cleaners are able to be gotten in any closet, so.. yknow.. yeah

probably the single best suggestion ive seen. if this is added it will most likely save the server from mediocrity

As a janitor main, I think this would make sense. Some places like surface or hcz janitors can't get for roleplay reasons, or the fact people tend to goof off as janitor and aren't trusted. It would also help keep blood/bullet hole textures from building up and causing performance problems for the server. It also adds roleplay options to hcz units, pinewood residents, and ISD disguised as janitors.

IT may be funny how ever it would remove the purpose of janitor jobs, HOWEVER i do like the idea of a perma mop that can only clean blood decals
