What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

This suggestion will make it so the Lobby doors can be operated (Open/Close) only during an FSL. As of right now, the doors only close when an FSL is called. They can be opened but not closed. So, this suggestion is to make it so that when an FSL is active, the Blast doors can open and close with a CL4.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I know of.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

• When able to operate the door (Open/Close) during an FSL, we can use it to stop SCPs from escaping to the Lobby/garage.
• If a code black is called, we can open and close it when needed, so people can evacuate and let people out, and keep the SCPs in.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Unless it is used wrong I can't think of a negative. If people have an opposing opinion please leave a comment.

This suggestion should be accepted because it can help the foundation to stop SCPs from going any further than EZ.

plz i dont wanna keep opening the door for non combatives and then run to EOC to reclose the doors (i never did dis but like i dont wanna ever do this)

i dont know why EZ the place that should be last resort to not let SCPs out is as easy to escape from.

Unless I'm not seeing something, this seems relatively harmless. If doable, this could be pretty beneficial for server health?

I'm not sure whether VKeycards would currently support this, though. Might need dev work, but that's what the tracker's for anyway.
