This forum is only for ban appeals from the discord, not appealing lesser punishments made such as timeouts or warns. You can dispute those via a complaint. The individual who timed you out was Community Supervisor Snake for making tickets about your ban when you were told to stop doing so.

With that in mind, this appeal is denied.
