Player Reports

Player Reports allow players to report other players they believe have broken our server rules. This is intended for situations where in-game reporting isn't possible or practical, for example: if player has disconnected, no staff available to handle the report, or you have evidence that requires more time to review. While it’s recommended to report incidents in-game whenever possible, submitting a Player Report here is also a valid alternative.

Never threaten to make a report and do not break character or roleplay as this would go against our 1.06 Breaking Character (Mixing) rule.
You may not discuss reports, disputes or breaking RP in-character. If someone is breaking FearRP you may not say "You're under FearRP" and must continue with the roleplay scenario, to later report them

Player Reports Requirements

  • Player Reports have to be submitted within 24 hours of the incident. Reports outside of this timeframe will be automatically closed at the discretion of staff.
  • There must be clear evidence of the rule break with some sort of physical proof (videos or screenshots).
  • SteamIDs or names should be in videos or screenshots, but if not possible they must be at least written in the report.

Player Reports Rules

  • Only staff, the player reporting the rule break, the accused and anyone directly involved in the situation are allowed to post on the report with their side of the story or with any further evidence. Any off-topic, rude or toxic comments will result in a warning point and a ban from the forums.
  • If you are the player being reported, you are expected to respond with your side of the story. Include evidence to support your response if available.
  • Posting a revenge report (a report made solely out of retaliation), tempering or editing evidence to mislead staff and knowingly providing false information will result in a ban.
  • Keep in mind that evidence submitted in a report may also reveal rule breaks by the reporter. If this occurs, the reporter may also be punished accordingly.

Failure to follow these rules may result in your report being automatically closed or denied without warning, at the discretion of staff.
