What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
My resume shows I've got a lot of experience in how the Foundation runs, managing strategy, and working with different teams. I'm good at staying calm and making smart choices when things get tough, which is super important when you're dealing with the O5 Council.
I get how serious it is to handle secret info and make big calls. My track record shows I'm loyal, get things done, and can lead without messing up security or doing anything wrong. I've worked closely with folks in every part of the Foundation, making sure orders are followed quickly and right.
What makes me different is that I'm reliable. I don't need a pat on the back; I just want to get the job done. I know when to step up, when to give advice, and when to keep my mouth shut. The Foundation needs people who know that being in charge means knowing when to hold back, and I've shown I can do both during my time here.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
I'm applying for the Overseer Assistant role because I really believe in what the Foundation is trying to do – keep things stable. To do that, we need leaders who are organized and can make tough calls. I get how vital it is to be coordinated, keep things quiet, and stay disciplined to keep the Foundation running smoothly, and that’s something I want to be a part of.
As an Overseer Assistant, I could help out in ways that go beyond the usual stuff like helping the O5 Council, making sure different departments work well together, and confirming that what we do now fits into the Foundation's plans.
I like having responsibility and being someone people can rely on. I want to help control things in a place where even small mistakes can cause big problems. I’m not running after power here. I mostly want to keep everyone on good terms, build up loyalty, and make the Foundation a better place from the inside.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
James Scout Williams, a top field agent known for his tactical skills, became an Overseer. After a close call in SCP-███, he was thought to be gone. But years later, he showed up with fresh ideas on how to handle weird stuff. it was great timing for the Foundation, since things were getting riskier and some SCPs were getting way stronger.
Because of his past experience and leadership, Williams was made a senior advisor and helped the Overseers tackle tough issues. He updated the rules for keeping things contained and supported the teams in the field. Williams teamed up with Dr. Evelyn Kade, a fantastic Overseer Assistant with mad skills in site work. Together, they guided Site-42 through crazy situations. Dr. Kade's admin talents and Williams' field smarts turned out to be a killer combo.
Their first big win? Getting SCP-███ under control. This reality-bending thing kept breaking loose. Dr. Kade did some digging into new ways to contain it, while Williams came up with quick plans. The new tricks worked! Williams made a layered plan that kept the threat low, which saved tons of people and made him a Foundation MVP.
As Site 42 faced weirder problems, Williams and Kade cooked up new plans. They made containment better and kept the staff safer. Their teamwork made things way more efficient and put the Foundation in charge when it comes to protecting us from the unknown.
