For how long have you played on CG SCP: I have officially 28 days in the game. Recently I've got 2 days and 2 hours on the server, and that was just during the week. I will be adding more. I know I should have more time on the server in at least this month, but I have been putting so much time on the server. I thought it would be best to apply for this position.
Age: 23
In what country are you located?: Scotland
Time zone: GMT
Character name(s): Daniel Jackson
Civilian name: Ross Murphy
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
Lance Corporal E-11 (as Ross Solburn-Murphy) Corporal NU-7 (as Bartender) Alpha CI

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have received two bans and two warnings, but I haven't received a ban or a kick since 2023. I will provide a screenshot showing that the reason I received a kick and a ban was because it was my first time joining an RP server. I was just being a bit mischievous.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I am applying for Executive Researcher because I love the game and enjoy helping people. Recently, I held a lecture teaching junior researchers how to conduct tests correctly, and I am currently working on a project with two other researchers. I have observed Executive Researchers in action and would love to perform the same duties. Research scenarios and RP have always fascinated me, and becoming an Executive would allow me to contribute more, while helping improve the experience for others.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I am a very patient person and take my time teaching others. If I do not know an answer, I will seek advice and provide the correct information to the person in need. I will use all my ability to help anyone requiring assistance as an Executive Researcher. Additionally, I spend significant time on the server and am committed to playing as an Executive Researcher consistently.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: I currently have one excellent document, along with approximately four good documents and one average document. In my opinion, an excellent document requires a well-written conclusion, a clear and thoughtful hypothesis, and a unique, meaningful research goal. Grammar and punctuation must be flawless, and all sections of the document should be completed in thorough detail. It is also important to clearly describe the experiment being conducted and provide a high level of precision and clarity throughout the document. Including a picture of the scp can also contribute to a document being rated excellent, as it adds context and clarity to the research being conducted.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: Executive Researchers are responsible for conducting research and grading documents, while assisting both junior and senior researchers. They are expected to cross-sign documents when necessary, collaborate with other departments if research requires it, and sign off on documents from other departments when an executive or higher clearance is needed. They may issue disciplinary actions if researchers are not performing their duties properly. As Clearance Level 4 personnel, they are expected to close breach doors to prevent Code 5 personnel from accessing the core sector and ensure all researchers are safely moved to breach shelters. In rare cases, they may be granted access to advanced armory, although this is not their primary responsibility.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

I came to Site-65 as a Junior Researcher, quickly developing a passion for studying anomalous phenomena. My first ever test involved SCP-1025, where I drafted a document to understand its anomalous effects. That experience is where I truly discovered my love for research.

As I progressed to Senior Researcher, I took on more complex tests, including a cross-test between SCP-294 and SCP-099. The goal was to investigate whether the coffee machine could influence a D-class’s compliance. Unfortunately, the experiment didn’t produce the intended results, but it didn’t deter me from pursuing further research.

More recently, I conducted an in-depth interview with SCP-7722, asking questions about its early life, its possible involvement with the Church and the Crusades, and its perspectives on religion. These experiences allowed me to expand my understanding of anomalous entities and their interactions with humans.

Currently, I am part of Project Artemis alongside two other researchers, exploring advanced experiments with the goal of understanding high-clearance SCPs. As an Executive Researcher, I aim to continue conducting experiments on higher-clearance SCPs to better comprehend their anomalous effects, explore ways to mitigate potential risks, and contribute to the broader understanding of these entities. I am committed to pushing the boundaries of research while ensuring the safety of all personnel involved.

Please everyone forgive me. This is my first time properly writing an application for this server. I have wrote some other ones, but that was... that was being weird. And please forgive me on the RP related to the executive research. I asked people around what I should do for that, but no one was helping me. I didn't know what it meant exactly, so I just wrote something that made sense to me. Please forgive me.😭
