What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion is to change how the document signature system works on two fronts. The first being scipnet uploads. If a document is scanned to the scipnet there should be an option to sign the document and/or scan a copy of the signed document to the printer to the computer.

The second is adjusting how signing physical copies works. Currently you sign the box and get sent to the front page. Ideally have this changed so once a box is signed you remain on the same page so you don't have to constantly flick through pages to sign multiple boxes. Whether this be via adding a "Save" button after multiple boxes have been selected for signing and then signing the selected boxes at the same time or just preventing the page setting to 1 after signing is down to content/devs but either way would work. (Having the save button could also mean selecting and unselecting signature boxes to be signed in case you select the wrong box before saving).

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
As far as I am aware this has not been suggested. With over 2,000 suggestions this question makes it troubling to thoughly check.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Saves time signing documents
General QOL improvement
Scipnet documents can have signatures

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If scipnet can be signed template documents may be griefed (unless scanning a signed copy via the printer is the option chosen).

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is a QOL improvement which aims to improve the usage or increase the usage of in-game documents opposed to having IC information in OOC documents

Suggestion Denied

Hi @Critical ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.

The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion due to the following reasons:

We believe that the change to SCIPNET uploads would take away from the Roleplay of physically having people sign stuff.

The system for documents returning you to the first page post-signature is also intended.

Your suggestion will now be locked and marked as denied.
