What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion is for DEA's Field Agent to change the CheyTac Intervention to the S-Tac Aggressor. No stat changes are being suggested, this is purely just a weapon model change, although the key difference between the two Sniper Rifles is that the Intervention stays scoped when shooting, while the S-Tac does not.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
There was a very recent suggestion made by another user to "Fix the CheyTac Intervention or replace it!", and most likely other suggestions involving "fixing" the sniper. However, this I believe this suggestions differs from such threads mostly by providing an actual answer/alternative replacement rather than complaining. I also have reviewed/discussed such changes with DEA Leadership (Both UK and USA), along with Auburn before making a thread here.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- This hopefully gets rid of/addresses the supposed issues we may have with the current Intervention, and will help stifle the complaints about the gun itself, since it's technically a solution.
- A very minor change to DEA that could help give a small placebo boost to the department.
- RP REASON: The implementation of the S-Tac also makes our ammo 1:1 with Nu-7's Sniper Rifles (.50 BMG), which would make more logistical sense than having two sniper regiments use two different ammo types. I'm also aware that the content team has been leaning to make the guns more "NATO" for Foundation, and I believe that the S-Tac being a .50 BMG rifle (a Rifle Cartridge more commonly used in NATO, unlike the .408 CheyTac) would align more to those goals.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- This might just change absolutely nothing and the complaints will keep happening (I'm sorry if this happens, I believe this would be the best and easiest change y'all could do to help us out)
- It might make things worse. I HIGHLY doubt this will happen; the April Fools event has shown me that the S-Tac Aggressor just had very little issues in comparison to the intervention throughout the whole day. I have had a wonderful time using the aggressor while me and multiple other people experienced bugs like this in the same day/timeframe with the Intervention.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted?:

This changes absolutely nothing about the states of the DEA's sniper rifle, but I believe that changing the weapon (Not the stats, just the SWEP itself) will at least give us a chance to see any changes/improvements. I also believe this can be the easiest way for devs to address the current ongoing issues with the Intervention itself.

This suggestion should not hurt anyone at all; we are not asking for a buff or a nerf, but we (Me, DEA Manager Silas Ashcroft, and ALL the US and UK DEA Directors) believe that it will at least help DEA a TINY bit. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Why dont they just fix the gun
At this point I've been told they have done multiple fixes to the rifle, but none of them seems to be sticking. For some reason I have had absolutely NO issues using the S-Tac for the entire April Fools event (~3-4 hours). Because of this, I believe that just swapping the weapons (give them the same stats) will be an easier solution, rather than trying to do the same repeated thing.
