One from my time as a medical trainee level 7 ish? because I went to my place of death instead of waiting after being killed. (though that was more of a warning) I did not fully understand the rules at the time.
Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?:
I am applying for Director of medicine because I want to see the medical department grow not just in numbers, but in depth, creativity, and opportunity that is given to both Sr doctors and doctors. I’ve watched many talented individuals drift away from the medical department due to a loss of interest, often shifting toward combative roles because they felt medical work was limited to handing out cures and patching up injuries. But I believe we can do more.
Such as getting Senior Doctors and Doctors to engage in projects, collaborate across departments, with Sr. doctors actually wanting to work towards consultant because it is a meaningful role instead of just a "boring cl4 role" I absolutely love this department and all who have led it to greater heights, However I do believe we can do better !
I’ve had an amazing time holding Consultant for over five months now and been a part of the medical department for longer.. Becoming Director of Medicine is something I’ve envisioned since stepping into Consultant!
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
Though, I have not been on the server for as long as others I truly believe I have tried my best as a consultant to help the department and other personnel. I enjoy explaining things to people when they come up to me with questions and or Have roleplay opportunities, weather that be surgery and or Evaluations. Though I come off as extremely friendly some might question as me being a possible pushover, I've dealt with my fair share of issues around medical as a consultant and have been stern when discipline is needed. I will do my best in leading and management. If I am unable to answer a question, I will direct you to the most knowledgeable person and or do research where we can figure out said issue and or question together!
I have been sometimes the only consultant on at times and have had to pick up leadership, I often write many documents and projects to keep others interested and engage in RP whenever wanted and or needed, often creating small scenarios for others to join in on Im open to working with other departments and often encourage that in projects I create, I have lead and developed several projects both solo and with others!

-I am able to take concerns and criticism fairly well.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
-Attending Sr Cl4 meetings + creating monthly departmental meetings to get feedback and check in with your fellow cl4's
-Providing roleplay for medical department
-Assigning medical projects to the medical department and MLT
-Giving medical license removals and department bans when needed
-Work with another department leads!
-Update and make documents for the betterment of the department and to keep information current.
- taking orders from SA when it comes to policy changes.
