Denied CI Radio Channel Lima

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds a new radio channel named Lima, that will be accessible by Delta+ and changed by DELCOM+

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Better communication between Delta Command and NCOs
Better communication between protection detail members of subregiments

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could be easily discovered, could be inconvenient to put in a new radio channel, could lead to more regiments requesting another 1 to 2 channels

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe with these positives and negatives, it sufficiently balances out and allows for communication between the higher ranking personnel and those in subregiments that are important to protecting them.

I've put some thought into this, and I'm not a fan of having officer-only channels for the sake of it. It unnecessarily splits up the regiment and hampers cross-regimental communication, as well as creates a lot of group bloat (especially if every regiment starts asking for it)

If you have a need for a group frequency, you can use the radio in manual mode. If a manual radio channel gets used frequently, we'll consider making it a full group.
