To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I tried to connect and while i was in the middle of loading, it just kicked me with a message saying "You are blacklisted"... I dont know what i did to be blacklisted but i hope this can be removed.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I use a VPN whenever I am gaming, as it makes my ping lower than not using one..

What will you do to stop this from happening again: Try to be more cautious when using VPN's.
Why should you be unblacklisted: Because I have did nothing wrong to make me blacklisted, all I did was just connect like how i normally do, with my VPN.
