To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I was detected and blacklisted for using Lua Stealer. Tool that allowed dumping/downloading clientside Lua files from the server. I did this out of curiosity to see how the vacuum cleaner tube was made. I admit this was cheating, violated your rules, and the anti-cheat was right to catch it. My first appeal was denied because I wasn't fully honest about it.

What will you do to stop this from happening again: All cheat tools, including Lua Stealer, any dumped Lua files, injectors, and related experiments have been permanently deleted, and won't do that again.
Why should you be unblacklisted: It's been almost exactly one year since the blacklist. In that time, I've had plenty of opportunity to reflect, and I've stuck to fair play on other GMod servers with no incidents. My initial appeal failed due to lack of full honesty and I've learned from that mistake too. CivilNetwork offers one of the best English-speaking RP experiences with unique, well made content. I genuinely want to return and enjoy what you built. I'm truly sorry for the rule break and for wasting staff time before.
