To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I loaded into the server this afternoon and was met with the 323 face and then the star wars blacklist screen. I was able to play normally last night as a DEA and didn't really do anything.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: My wifi router makes it seem like I connect from a different state than the one I reside in.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: Yes
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I am getting cable wifi soon maybe that will fix the location discrepancy.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I really don't think I have done anything terrible recently. I enjoy being part of the community and hate this bug so much. I assume its a bug.
