I believe I am suitable to be whitelisted because I know how to act as SCP-096 and I am often available to flag on as 096 even when it is a during lowpop hours.
What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?:
SCP-096 when pacified sits and cries wondering around randomly on occasion.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
When SCP-096 breaches SCP-096 shall take the shortest path possible to kill all who have seen his face. If someone in D-Block has seen his face yes he can go straight to D-Block otherwise he can not.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
The method that SCP-096 should be contained is first bucketing him and warning people in comms about where he is going. The next step would be to try and follow SCP-096 till he calms down. When SCP-096 is calm he should be beamed cuffed and brought back to his Containment Cell.
