What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add an option to passive breach, and reward SCPs throu their containment boxes. (There would be like a small menu for it)
Crediting the SCP: This would be on a cooldown simular to other credits, maybe longer. The SCP would have to be in its containment field for it to work. and it would give them some XP. It would be restricted to researchers/E11 and other appropriate classes.
Passive breaching system would allow to passive breach SCPs without stopping the breach que and calling ert. This would be restricted to SA or High ranking E11. This could be restricted for only when the SCP is breached. This would deactivate when the SCP would harm someone or completelly disable this option. Passive SCPs like 999, 2295 and others could already be on this. (For this to work, the SCP WOULD have to accept it from a pop up. Like when buying chems.) This would be on cooldown for 10-30 minutes, to prevent spam of the popups.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

It was suggested numerous times, but this time I believe it could be restricted by cooldown, and it would be monitored. I believe this solves the issue where it couldnt be abused unpunished.
Passive breaching system:
I do not think this was suggested before.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Credditing/Breaching system: Would allow for more RP.
Credditing system: More ways to gain XP, Be rewarded for doing good.
Breaching system: Would give more control over passive breached SCPs, Longer passive breaches, More fun for the SCPs, no delaying breach ques because of passive breached SCPs.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Would take time to code, Posibility of abusing both (Crediting the scp for no reason, Giving the SCP an popup when breached. (Although both solved by cooldown i suppose))
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Overall, this would add a way for the SCPs to RP more and be rewarded for RPing. It would add some sort of motivation for not just killing the Class-Ds but to actually finish the test. For the breach, just check all the positives. It really just adds once again more RP and solves some issues.
