To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted?: the possible reason as to why ive gotten blacklisted, and from what i had concluded from brainstorming has lead me to 2 possiblities, Using a VPN extensively, or using a Random coordinate generator

What will you do to stop this from happening again: Before sending a Risky message/ using a VPN, i will contact research on the rules to see if it is prohibited or not.

Why should you be unblacklisted:
Firstly I apologize for this disturbance I have caused to other people playing on this network, but then lets get to the point, What was the situation that led to my ban?, I was playing at midnight as MTF when i still had my VPN on, I then finished a RP scenario beforehand which left me tired, I then proceeded to tell everyone Good night and have a good sleep/day, Next I used a Random Coordinates generator as a foolish joke as if i was leaking a persons coordinates, i then proceed to leave the server after wishing everyone a good night, i understand what i have done was wrong and this is a very irresponsible action, I understand that the staff had to take swift action and black list me immediately, once again I want to apologize to the people ive used the generator on, I also like to give 3 important factors, The Coordinates that were given by the generator were in the middle of the sea, so I couldnt have possibly "Leaked" someones coordinates/ Location, 2 All coordinates generated by the, 3 the situation took place 2 Am GMT+4 time, meaning i was not in the right mindset. generator are in the middle of the Atlantic ocean and is rarely on land (Atleast from when i was using it ) , As for my VPN usage, ive only used it to connect to the TS since Teamspeak is banned in my nation, i have not used the VPN with any Malice intent and i dont plan to since i enjoy my playing in CG.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I have been warned before I have recieved a few days ago for fail RP, other than that everything is expired/appealed
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I should be unblacklisted from Civil gamers because I want to go back and play with my friends and create a fun experience for the people over at SCPRP, this blacklist would dramatically harm my reputation in civil gamers and my records, i want to rejoin the server because this server has many features unlike any server, i enjoy this community and hope to stay in it.
