Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes it a better visual experience when someone is using voicechat / typing, The normal HL2 talk icon looks horribly in my opinion,It also has light computing meaning that it adapts to the enviroment of the player so for example if you're in a dark area it becomes very dark and hard to see

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because it makes it easier to make out when someone is typing, And it doesn't make it as super obvious that someone is talking if you're in a dark area because the addon i sent has light computing which means it adapts to the enviroment so it makes it harder to metagame during a blackout or in a darker area because the talk icon is dark and not bright ugly yellow like the default hl2 /gmod talk icon which some people might abuse in certain situations EG metagaming...
