Denied 096 Timer

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a timer to 096 hud that shows if a minute has passed since last enrage so he can wander

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not as i seen

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Stops accidental rule breaks
Makes 096 more fair to play

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted so 096 players dont have to set a timer every time they calm down before wandering so they dont accidently break rules

Would help people stick to the minute rule, as well as be useful evidence if for some reason someone decided to take it to a sit. It would be nice if this was also added in a way that from the moment picture spawns when not enraged, it starts at 00:00:00 and counts up, persisting all the time picture is out without being enraged - I think that would be useful for pic sits, but I'm pretty sure I'm literally the only person that calls those

oh no i have had to call some pic sits aswell since they either spawn in the worst locations or bug out of bounds

I mean personally, I usually just use the steam timer in the tab menu, but this would be a little more convenient. +Support

We believe that this addition to the SCP is unnecessary and would be inaccurate, as certain things cannot be coded in that manner. All interactions need to be coded and flagged to function correctly; any deviation would render the system ineffective. We also think you should be aware of this rule, as the SCP is a whitelisted SCP with special regulations in place. Counting to 60 is also a possibility, or utilising an external system to track the time.
