On the USA server, ISD is mandatory for 1162 tests and 914 tests. ISD, like any job, should be able to be credited for the tests that they help with. They don't "just show up" they are requested for these specific tests.

+Support for this and this only E-11 , NU-7 and ISD all aid in testing, Often very directly. They should be creditable. (In addition, It would stop people from metagaming ISD disguises when they can't credit someone who should be normally creditable.)
