Call it Biohazard Remediator, give it CL3 + 008 knowledge, an infection scanner and goo gun thing (I forgot the name), and a hazmat suit. Let them be a non-combative thing focused on higher clearance areas and infectious disease cleanup.
The ones that aren't allowed are ones that it makes sense for. I think maybe they could do with better gestures and whatever, but it just doesn't make sense to allow every SCP to talk
I have seen scope issues in the past that depended on which direction you were looking in (and maybe where in the map you were). I remember a couple of scopes having issues where if you looked in one direction it was perfectly fine, but as you turned, it would gradually get more and more...
The ruling doesn't make any sense, but I don't think this is the solution. It'd probably be better to suggest something like rebalancing how tear gas is obtained (maybe via an AA thing with a global cooldown) and removing the ruling again, rather than outright replacing it.

It's not really roleplay if the only reason your bodycam is off is because you died 3 million times during an SCP breach and forgot to turn it on afterwards. It being off after death or whatever means it's only off due to a past life.
If it has anything extra to it like override access or whatever, then sure. If it's just a duplicate of Sr. Researcher with a different name, then that's even less helpful than a CL3 tech expert that has been suggested a million times and rejected - at least that would have a different clearance...
Neutral on this one
This is one of the few roles that actually could just be an IC thing. If this wouldn't be functionally different from Sr. Researcher and would just be a name, then this could just be something you put in your name like [RSD-SPC]
I'm throwing it out there like I'm jangling keys in front of NL and CT. "Money! Here, look, you want money? Here's some money! Make the change, get money!"

A job that has access to the repair torch and repair tool would be good on surface. Just something to make sure that broken doors, broken vehicles, etc. can actually be dealt with. Maybe a VIP job with 1/2 slots.
Would probably be a good idea to either introduce that system or to rebalance them around that not existing, then. Are there any videos or anything of that system in action? And would it be feasible to add it if it was desired or would it need major changes to be compatible with SCP?

This is just ruleplay over roleplay and makes no sense. Why tf wouldn't other security teams on site respond to D-class magically obtaining guns and trying to break out? D-class already break out and riot too easily, making it worse via insane rules is the opposite of what we need.
For the sound, I think maybe something like having it make noises much less frequently and more quietly, in combination with having a random chance for them to play even if it isn't around would be good. As it is, it's just a matter of "Oh, I recognise that sound effect, that means 966 is here"...
966 is so fucking loud and easy to detect, it's unreal. You can hear it from a mile away, you can see it with NVGs and CCTV, turrets can see it. It has zero health and zero damage.
It needs reworking. Something where it is actually able to effectively stalk people (not loud as hell) and kill...
I main a non-combative role, my guy. I'm speaking from experience. I once spectated a pair of CI DCs on USA and watched them struggle for like an hour to steal some 008 syringes because they couldn't figure out how to hack a CL4 or that you couldn't door fault an airlock - and not once did E-11...
It's crazy how that isn't what I'm suggesting.
I'm suggesting that SL be able to place down a shared chem vault, with a permissions system similar to the fridges, where anyone with permission to access the vault be able to add or remove from it. The idea is basically "what if the fridges were...
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Replace the shared chemical fridges with shared chemical banks, similar to the personal chem banks available via subscription. These would have the same shared access, logs, restrictions, etc. that the current fridges do, but otherwise work like the...
