GSD as a whole shouldn't have a movement speed increase.
Perhaps a job with an armor or health cap to compensate, but no combative job should health a physical advantage over another.
(Excluding special jobs; Juggernaut, Reality Benders, etc.)
I personally feel as if E-11 should get more jobs, or at least have more job slots. Cause right now enlisted and NCO's have a total of 7 job slots while Nu-7 has 13 job slots, not counting that officers will sometimes use and Enlisted or NCO job slot if the Officer job is full.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds a new separate skill system for chemicals, similar to cooking and scavenging levels.
