Nah its meta gaming, going out of sight invalidates any form of continued fire against the perpetrator.

When a D-class respawns he is returned to his original state showing his status as a escape risk if he does survive however im not exactly sure, maybe a clip of the user showing his karma to prove he's escape risk since there is a exact amount for escape risk

I understand and tbh, if you don't have a weapon there not much of a point in running away anyway. Plus they will just shoot on sight if they see escape risk running around. This really just applies to 914 disguises for D-class.
